YVES SAINT LAURENT : Matt Touch Compact Foundation Review

Hi guys! I am trying to keep words that I am gonna post something new in my new blog which is still.... empty. haha! Today I am gonna give my personal review about YSL Matt Touch Compact Foundation, mine is in number 4. They claim that this compact foundation is long lasting and have matt finish, also works well with oily/combination skin.

I have combination skin which is so annoying because I need to blot my T-Zone every 3-5 hours when I use my old powder. I've tried severals powder like Lancome Maqui Blanc Miracle and Bare Minerals powder foundation. But I think I am very grateful to have a gut to buy this YSL Matt Touch Compact Foundation. Why? It works as they claimed to be, and I love it! I don't need to blot my face as often as usual and I love the matt finish. It have a good oil-control.

The packaging is also gorgeous and classy, full gold metal all over the body, but the downside is your fingerprint is gonna be everywhere whenever you touch it. Shade number 4 have a yellow undertone which is suit my skin tone, but they also have other shades which have pink undertone, so there are shades for everybody! I bought mine a week ago at YSL counter in Seibu Department Store, Grand Indonesia. The price is IDR 600,000 or +/- US$60. Pretty pricey huh? But it is worth the price!

Almost forget, It have SPF 20/PA ++ and maybe not really good for taking picture with flash photography because yeah you know, your face is gonna be look really white. But, actually I haven't try to taking pictures with this powder on my face so I don't know for sure about that too. sorry!

I think this powder really suitable for oily/combination skin people who looking for a good compact powder with great oil control. I think I am gonna give this powder score 8.5 out of 10. Good job!

Here some pict about the powder :

You can tilt up the powder to get the sponge applicator underneath (genius packaging?)

See you next time, hope my review in this product helpful for you guys!
